+ Four way positionable pocket clip
+ Spyderco's strongest & effective lock the compression lock
+ CPM S30V steel blade
+ Large durable quality hardware & screws
+ Blade is held in closed position with a spring which helps with safety
Cons:
- Folder may not be legal in certain areas due to large size
- The handle weave is not very durable & is more for show
- The spring that holds the blade makes the knife very difficult to open
- Finish is average (though produced by the highly rated Taiwan plant)
