Message from Neptune: Due to the number of comments we would like to note that we personally own this one in the picture & an M4 model & we still regard the knife as one of our favorites but we are reluctant to sell this knife knowing it's shortcomings are something we consider required-thanks
Military Fluted Titanium & other Variants
Cons:
-The screws are weak & after just a couple errors will strip & because of their small diameter can snap
-The spacers are not nestled only the small tube in the back for the lanyard & the stop pin spacer are
-The tolerances of the stop pin are not solid so the pin can move with hard opening & the pin itself is not machined perfectly round. When reassembling the knife if the pin rotates your lock up may change. Also if the blade receives heavier positive force the lock bar can move further in. This was probably noticed by Spyderco because the stop pin spacer actually had locktite not only on the screw but around the pin.
