//5p Review of the Hazard 4 Ditch Bag
//CONCEPT
// A medium sized utilitarian travel bag with loads of organizational features & high quality construction. //PERFORMANCE
// The bottom of the bag has some slight structure so the bag stays upright. //FINAL IMPRESSIONS
// One of the best products by Hazard 4 and in my personal collection, I see keeping this bag until it's completely worn out. The "Frontline" vest with additional pouches is more suitable for emergency & tactical use but the Ditch makes a perfect small trip bag for one or a few days out. I don't see this being used much for students but more as a car bag. |
//CONSTRUCTION & DESIGN
// Inside there are molle straps to connect pouches securely inside. The front flap can serve as a work tray for small object and notes. The clear screen can hold maps, instructional guides or a touch screen device. A separate shoulder strap can be purchased to carry the Ditch as a messenger style bag. //ROLE & APPLICATIONS
// Suitable as a car bag or carry on luggage, depicted here in the pictures is a 5 day trip to Canada. The bag can fit a spare outfit, amenities & accessories. Carrying using the handle for long distances is comfortable with the padded grip. This Ditch was carried the entire trip from location to location on foot. The bag is still solid with no tears or wear and is currently an emergency back up bag. Inside can fit water bottles or large flasks, spare slip on shoes or low profile sneakers. Over all the bag is not tactical but more practical. |
